I’m Malaysian going to learn Kungfu in China for 4 months. Should I apply under F visa or X2 Visa?

I’m Malaysian going to China to learn Kungfu for 4 months. Do I apply under F Visa or X2 Visa? Can I apply for 2 entries?

I think you can try to apply for double entries F type from the visa office.
