Hi, can you kindly confirm if these are the only items I will need to bring to the Consular Office (in New York City) to RENEW my HKSAR passport?

1) Completed form ID 843 (Application for HKSAR Passport / applying outside HK)
2) Existing valid HKSAR Passport
3) Existing Hong Kong permanent identity card
4) Three 40mm X 50mm photos
5) Completed form ID 853 (Fee Payment Form for HKSAR passport /outside HK)
6) Personal Check made payable to 'The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region'

Thanks so much in advance.

Kenny, generally speaking, if your are older than 18 years old, the documents will be enough for your application.
