About:Chinese Consulate in New York

How long does it take to Authenticate documents? Why can't they be processed by mail?

Normally it takes four working days, if you want it to be faster, you can apply for express service with additional fees. I'm not sure whether the consulate accepts mail application, you can confirm this issue with it.
