About:Who built the Great Wall of China?

Question about the Great Wall of china

What is the exact time the wall got built and when was the first time they used it. did it work and was it worth building it and it if it was, how many lives were killed and how many lives were saved. And is it still useful now and how is it when was it most useful and when was it least useful. Why?
Who the person to think of it and did anyone get past. Did any try and break it and why

Abdullah, I think it needs to write an essay to answer your questions. I can't give answers to all your questions. But I'd like to share some information I know. The earliest all was built in 688 BC. It was built by Chu State during Spring Autumn and Warring States period.

It was indeed necessary to build the wall because of its defensive function. You can make this conclusion from the historical facts. If it was useless, the emperors of later dynasties wouldn't have spent so much money and manpower to build the wall.
