question on itenerary

Hello,My friend and I would like to go to Beijing in April and we would like to know if there is a way we can get a custom Itenerary with our names so we can print it and take it to the Chinese Embasy in our country when appling for the Tourist visas. Also, is there a way we can reserve the 4 day itinerary without paying until our visas get approved?Thank you.
