i will be staying in at the grand hyatt in shenyang from march 11 through april 25th 2015.

Question

I was hoping to find a gym nearby that had kettlebells for training, or somewhere in the city that I could purchase a pair for use while in the hotel.Additionally, does anyone have any gym suggestions near the Grand Hyatt Hotel?  I heard of the CSI Bally's but I am not sure of what they offer as far as free weights.  In addition to kettlebell training, I do olympic style powerlifting, so I was looking for a gym with an adequate amount of free weights for use.  Does anyone have any suggestions for either?  I am willing to purchase the kettlebells and then possibly donate them after my stay.  Cheers!

Hey, I know two gyms near your hotel. One is called Zhongti Beili Fitness Club, about 400 meters east to the hotel. The other is called Hongyunlai Fitness Club, about 100 meters eats to the hotel. You can have a try in these two. If there is nothing meets your demand, you can go to the CSI Bally.

Thanks Andy!  Do you know if either gym has Olympic lifting equipment (free weights and bar for doing squats, cleans, and deadlifts) or maybe even kettlebells?  Do you know if they have any contact information?  Sorry for all the questions!!!! Are you in Shenyang now?  I am hoping to meet some good people while I am out there, possibly to do some site seeing with!!!
