Hey, if your time is flexible, Mar. is not suggested. It is still cold in mid Mar. and it is windy and dry with sand blow by the wind sometimes. The city would be a little bit sluggish. The day light would be no more than 12 hours. If you really want to go at that time, take down jacket and sweaters with you. In addition, bring a breathing mask to avoid sand blow by the wind. But the weather at that time doesn’t have much influence on the grotto caves.
BTW, the best time to go is from May to Oct.
