hi, i would like to go to egypt

Question

I have been in Cairo, i mean in Egypt for 1 year and one month  before coming to china in that time they were revolution of Arabic that is why i come to china but now since everything is normal in Egypt i would like to go back to Egypt. I am from Djibouti, my country is member of league of Arabic countries so which kind of documents should i take with me?  how should i apply the visa? and how can i go there i mean do i need an appointment or not? i live in Zhejiang specially in Hangzhou and thanks in advance, wish you to have a great day
