About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

how to apply visa for my wife to take her with me

hi i live in china and doing my postgradute and got married in home town now i want my wife to be with me. what documents should i need to give embassy and which visa they will give me. any one reply plz

You should apply an S1 type for her. The documents you need to show to the embassy are: 1. an invitation letter from the duly authorized unit or your school; 2. an invitation letter from you; 3. the photocopy of your passport and residence card;, 4. the orginal and photocopy of your marriage certificate which has been attested by the Pakistani Foreign Affairs Ministry; 5. her valid passport and a photocopy of it; 6. an application form with her recently taken photo on it; and 7. her medical report issued by a local public hospital and authenticated by the Pakistani Foreign Affairs Ministry.
