About:China Customs Declaration

Traveling with Exhibit Booth

We are traveling from the US to attend a conference in Shanghai..we will need to bring a few promotional items that can fit in our checked luggage and also our 15.75”x10.5”x42.5” 45lbs- Portable Display. We are planning on checking the portal display since it is in its own case.

Do we need to declare these items? And will we have any issues bringing them in?

CDevine, I personally think that you should declare them at the customs in case there are some potential troubles.
