Bus transport from Shanghai Pudong airport to Xuhui area

My flight arrives PVG late in the night (after 10 pm) and I intend to stay in a hotel in Xuhui district.

Please advise whether the airport bus service operates after 10 pm, what is the airport bus number to take to Xuhui district, and where should I alight, and approx. bus fare.

Xuhui District covers a large area, so it is difficult to tell the exact info without knowing your location. Anyway, the South Railway Station is right in Xuhui District. So I can just generally suggest you take shuttle bus line 7 to the railway station. Then head for your destination. This bus is in service till 23:00 (T1), 23:05 (T2).

Thanks. My tentative plan is to stay in Jin Jiang Pine City Hotel No.8 Dong An Road, Xuhui, 200032 Shanghai or hotels near Metro City. Would your recommended bus be suitable to reach them?
