Daily travel from Shanghai to Hangzhou

Hi, we are 3 sisters traveling to China for the first time. We are planning to visit HZ, Suzhou and Shanghai for a 7 days free & easy trip. Is it advisable to travel daily from Shanghai to HZ as we are planning to stay in Shanghai instead of shifting hotels every few days. Thanks in advance for the advice.

It is fine to commute between the two places daily, as lots of bullet trains are in service all day. The only question is that are you willing to pay for the train ticket for so many times? The second class ticket costs CNY77.5 and the first class ticket costs CNY123.5.
