About:Chinese Consulates in Japan

Hello I am a Canadian citizen but currently a resident of Japan

Hello I am a Canadian citizen but I currently am a Japanese resident. I reside in Hiroshima. Do I have to go to Osaka to apply for a visa? If so, what are the office hours for the Osaka Chinese consulate on February 23,2015? I am going to China for a five day vacation.

Yes, you should go to the consulate in Osaka to submit the application for a tourist L type. The consulate is open from 09:00 to 12:00 and 13:30 to 17:30 on Februray 23, and the consular office is open from 09:00 to 12:00.
