Hey, we Chinese judge this by the Chinese Lunar Calendar, not the solar calendar. So if your brother born in Jan. of 2002 (by solar calendar), it is both possible that he is born in the year of horse or the year of snake. Also I am not sure that you must be born in the year of sheep since I don’t know your birth day. If you really want to know it, please tell the exact birth month and day, for the year only doesn’t say anything.
