About:Chinese Embassy in Egypt

I am currently in Hong Kong. Is there any way I can get a Tourist Visa for China from Hong Kong?

Knowing that I will enter the country by Land?

you can try to do it through the commisioner office of the PRC Foreign Affairs Ministry. If they do not issue you the entry permit, you can find a travel agency to help you with it.
