About:China Visa on Arrival

Is it possible to obtain a VOA for Shenzhen and then leave and come back to obtain another VOA?

as I am only going to be staying for 7 nights. If not, do you know the best visa service company in HK to apply?

How long are you planning to stay in Shenzhen? I am afraid that you can't do this frequently. The immigrant officers might think that you intentionally avoidapplying visa. As a result, you may not be allowed to enter for the second time.
