About:Hard Sleeper

only hard sleeper tickes can go in the carriages

This is more of a comment than a question but its not always the case. i was only going a short distance during autumn festival and booked a hard seat, i was very confused to find myself in a hard sleeper carriage. they had changed the bottom bunk of each beds into four hard seats. the collapsible chairs were also hard seats and there were people with standing room only tickets. so during peak seasons these carriages can be busy

Thank you for your message.
Do as you mentioned, for some routes, the authority would transfer the hard sleeper into hard seat and soft sleeper into soft seat based on the layout and facilities. We are sorry for the inconvenience but this do out of our control. Hope for your understanding, thank you.
