voa at shenzhen's event

Question

Hi, I heard VOA sometimes is closed when big event happen in Shenzhen. Is there big event between 1-7 March 2015 in Shenzhen? Thanks.

Audry, it's possible. So far, I haven't find any official notice. Did you get the VOA before? If not, I do think you should apply one in advance. It's the safest option.
