can I get a visa twice in a year?

I'm a foreign student in Ukraine, i want to visit my friend in china. is it possible to apply twice in a year. like i want to visit this February just for one month, and visit again in June this year. is that possible?

Yes, it is ok for you to apply twice for a year.
