Best option for transfer from Guangzhou airport to Liuhua hotel.

Arrive at 6.00 am and looking for options

Do you refer to the hotel that is located at the Yuexiu District?
If yes, you can take subway line 3 at the airport, and get off at Jiahe Wanggang Station. Then transfer to subway line 2 to the railway station, Exit D4. It will take around 35 mins on the way. And the ticket fare is CNY 7 per adult. After arriving, walk to your hotel directly.
