From Nancun Town, I guess you mean Guangzhou by the word “Quangzhou”, am I right?
But I can’t find Xihezheng Ave. in the map.
So I cann just tell you the route from the airport to Nancun Town Government. You can take subway line 3 from the airport to Dashi. Get off at exit B and walk to the southwest to Licun East. There you can take bus Pan 186 to Nancun Cultural Square. From there you can take a taxi to your destination.
