how long does china visa take to come out in nigeria, the person will live in china

The processing takes one or two week after you have been interviewed.

Since 22/12/2014 the agents started to proceed it. he told us it will come out in the first week of February. Is there anything that can hold it not to come out as he said. thanks for ur help

Sometimes the processing may take longer, you just wait patiently for another few days.
