About:Taiwan Weather

will it be suitable to visit Taiwan to take wedding photos in November?

I'm afraid not, for frequently rainy days happen in that month. If you don't mind, I would suggest you change it to early Dec. or mid Mar. when the weather would be fine and the temp is comfortable.
