voa shenzhen & guangzhou

Question

Hi,My family and I are going to visit Shenzhen from HK around the end of November 2015. Can we apply VOA Shenzhen in Luohu for 1 night and then we're going to use the same VOA to enter Guangzhou for 1 night? ( after that, we'll go to Macau via Shekou Port ). Or should we prepare Guangzhou Visa through our country?Thank you.Maggie. INDONESIAN

I think it's no problem as long as you stay in China no longer than 5 days (new policies). The visa is bout the country not the city. The important thing is when you've got it, just use it once (if single-entry one) and don't use it anymore after you go out from China. no matter you go to Guangzhou or somewhere after you've got the visa and get in from Shenzhen...  The point is No Longer Than 5 Days only. Rgds

Maggie, you'd better apply for a L type from Chinese embassy in advance before you go. According to what I know, Indonesians can apply for the special five day VOA at the border. However, there is no gurantee that you can get it. Even you have it, you can't go to Guangzhou. Therefore, a single L entry L type is ok for your visit. You can use it to visit Shenzhen and Guangzhou together.
