are the taxis safe at guilin?

Hi, I have to go to 68°Hotel North Train Station Branch from civil aviation building in the city.  Are the taxis safe in the evening, because from there it will take 15-20 mins to my hotel.  How much does a taxi cost for that distance?thanks.

Generally, it is safe enough to take a cab in the city and doi take the official ones with the mark of TAXI. For this distance, the taxi fee shall be around CNY25.
