collecting tickets at hongqiao railway station

Question

I have an early morning ride from Hongqiao Station at 7:20AM. I have to collect my already booked tickets. How early should i reach the there to easily collect them? I will be arriving at hongqiao a day before but at around 11PM.Please suggest.

You can have a look at the office in Hongqiao station after you arrive there. During the the Spring Festival Rush, there might be some new early train added, thus the office will be working after 11pm as well. If not available, you can collect the next day early morning around 5:00am.
