About:Nanjing Long-Distance Bus

i need to get from zhongshanbei road to nanjing airport is that possible taking the bus

I would have to be at the airport by 7am... is there a bus that runs early where I can make it to the airport in time?

The first shuttle bus leaves from the downtown around 05:30. It is not early enough to catch your flight at 07:00. So you would have no choice but to take a taxi to the airport.
