About:Getting to Urumqi

Is there any way to get from Kyrgyzstan into Xinjiang by a long-distance bus?

I can't find anything about it.

Yes, there is. At Osh, you can catch a long-distance bus to Kashgar, Xinjiang. But I am not clear about the schedule.
