Baishui Water Terraces

How is the weather at Baishui Water Terraces and Haba Snow Mountain villages at the end of March? Could it be below 0 C° at night?

It would be still cold during that time. Cloudy would be the majority anbd light rainfall may fall. At night, the temp will surely fall to minus. Do prepare warm clothes if you plan to travel then.
