how to reach yantai port and accomadation

Sir I am selected India best woman chef book from GOURMAND AWARD 2015.
They wrote me the award ceremony will happen on 8 to 11 June 2015 at Yantai. I am interested visit the place and compete for next category I want know the place, the accommodation facilities and travelling from shanghai or Beijing as I have to come from India. Thanks

Hi, Yantai has many hotels for your choice. You can check in one after arriving or just book one in advance. No need to worry about that!

From Shanghai, you can take a bullet train from Hongqiao Station to Yantai within 8h. Or directly fly there within 2h.

From BJ, the direct flight takes around 80min and the bullet train between takes no more than 6h.
