My friend is in china.He gave visa extension application in china embassy in Nanchang city.

but now in emergency he want sto come to Pakistan.but embassy call will call him 15 of this month for submission of passport .now if he come to Pakistan can he submit his passport in china embassy in Pakistan for the extension.
