What and how do i need to apply 1 years multiple visa in china?

As your wife is a Chinese, I suggest you apply for thr Q1 type. Prepare the following documents: your valid passport, a photocopy of your passport's data page, a completely filled application form affixed with your recently taken color photo, an invitation letter from your wife, a photocopy of your wife's ID card, and the original and photocopy of your marriage certificate.
