Animal Sign of My daughter

Hi I am trying to plot my daughter's bazi. Her date of birth is January 30, 2006. With some sites offering free bazi plotting it's year of the dog for her but for others like Joey Yap's site it is year of the Rooster. For so long I have been following the Dog's forecast. Someone told me that it is because other feng shui master follow the Lunar Calendar that always starts on the 4th of every year. Hope you can enlighten me on this one too. THanks.
