About:Year of the Horse

Will there be growth at my current job? June 11, 1958 is the year I was born

I've worked for my employer for 19 yrs and haven't seen my hard work and dedication recognized, the wage is low and I just don't know how long I can stay. I am wanting to pursue other things but not sure what direction.

It's predicted that you don't have a large chance to get a promotion. And the wage is just like normal. If you still love this job, you can work hard every day as usual. If you be diligent and do something for your dream each day, one day you will make a difference.
If not, you can change your job and find the one that you are interested in.
