Career Growth

I am Lakshmi. My date of birth is 18 Dec 1970. I am working as Quality Systems Analyst for a Health Solutions company since 2016. I don't find any career growth both in position and compensation since I joined. Can I expect any career progress in this company or any job change? Thanks. Lakshmi
