About:FAQ on China Postal Service

Why is my parcel opened 2 times?

My parcel RH106564820CN appears of opening after being on Departure from outward office of exchange and it was opening before, I dont understand if it is following the normal order of operations, please help me to know if it is travelling to my country.

Luisa, I am afraid that there might be something wrong with your parcel. I guess that it didn't go through the export scan successfully. The tracking results were not updated for nearly 10 days. It might be held by the customs. Please ask help from your seller immediately.

Thanks Linda, before I contact my seller, I looked the parcel again and now is Delivery to airport, I guess everything is going well again. Do you think I might wait quite more?
