Do you refer to Okura Garden Hotel in this city?
If yes, you can take airport shuttle bus line 7 to South Railway Station first. Then take subway line 1, and get off at South Shaanxi Road Station, Exit 3. After arriving, just walk to your hotel.
The walking distance is short.0
