M Visa request, how many previous visa I need?

hello,
I need a M type. How many copy of all previous Chinese ones (on one A-4 sized paper) should be attached at my request? at the moment I have 1 L type and 1 F type 2 entries, because I lost my previous passport

Ilaria, Chinese embassy and CVASC in Italy require those who have Chinese passports before provide their Chinese passport and copies of passport information page. So I think you needn't provide your previous records.

However, you may try to provide previous ones as many as you can if you try to apply for a multiple M type.
