Travel to Beijing and Shanghai in March 14th to March 21st.

hello,
we are flying to BJ on March 14th, about 4pm. and leaving BJ March 19th Morning. How should we plan my trip, so we can see most of the highlights of Beijing in 4 Days. can some one suggest the best itinerary to see BJ? and then on March 19th Morning taking Bullet train to Shanghai, will reach there about 2PM. and leave Shanghai on March 21st Morning. so we have about 1 and 1/2 days to see Shanghai.
Any suggestion how should we plan? and what are the major attraction to see in Shanghai in 1 and 1/2 days?
