Where should I apply for a visa for the People's Republic of China if I live in Belize (C.A.).

I am Belizean - Italian, I live in Belize (Central America). I would like to go and visit my brother in Bijing China for about 15 days. He is Belgian and works for a petroleum company Total? We do not have a Chinese Embassy in Belize. Where should I apply?
