About:Hong Kong MTR

is there a bus or train service to Shenzhen?

I am arriving at HKIA at 910 pm on a friday and wanting to proceed to SZ immediately after arrival.

You can take long-distance bus to Shenzhen from the airport directly.
The last schedule is 22:20. Upon landing, you need to hurry up and catch the bus.
