i was denied for tourist visa this month can i apply working type without waiting

Can i apply working type even i was denied for tourist typethis month and i will apply for working type next month without waiting for 3 months.

Sorry to tell you, but China has banned working visas for Filipino due to some relationship issues. If a Filipino already had a working type and he or she is renewing it then they can change jobs and keep their working permit. The ban started in 2012.

Kris, I have never heard of the news that Jackson say. I think you can apply Z type, but if you denied before, you should ask the embassy how long you should wait before you submit the application for a Z type.
