About:Who built the Great Wall of China?

how many people built the Qin and Han sections of Great Wall?

It is said that Emperor Qinshihuang odered around 300000 soldiers and civilians to build the wall. Unfortunately, I didn't find any other historical materials that mentioned how many people were sent to build the Han Walls.
