Once arriving in Harbin (train station from Beijing),what is best way to get to Ice & Snow Festival

In this year, Ice and Snow Festival are held by several places in this city, such as Ice and Snow World, Ice Lantern Garden Party, Sun Island Scenic Area, Yabuli International Ski Resort and Zhaolin Park. Which one do you want to go?
If it is Ice and Snow World, you can take public bus no. 13 ( inter-zone bus) at the train station, and get off at the scenic area station. After arriving, walk to the main gate. Or you can just take a taxi. The cab fare is CNY 20 to 25.
