Yes, you need to apply for an M type at the embassy in Turkey. First prepare the following documents: a valid passport, a photocopy of the passport's data page, a filled application affixed with your recently-taken passport size photo, the original and photocopy of your Turkish residence card, documents on the commercial activity issued by a trade partner in China, or an invitation letter from it, a reference letter issued byyour company, and a Qualification Certificate of your company(such as Certificate of Provincial Chamber of Commerce and Certificate of paying taxes).

Dear Bill,
Thank you for your reply and all the details.
I believe going to China as a tourist is much better and easier than going for a visit.
Do you know what should be done if I apply as a tourist, as I only go to see if there is a way to make any business so there is no one that I can get any letter from.

Thank you for your help

Arzu, if so, you need to apply for an L type. The following documents will be needed: a valid passport, a photocopy of the passport's data page, a filled application affixed with your recently-taken passport size photo, the original and photocopy of your Turkish residence card, round-trip tickets and hotel reservations, and a bank deposit certificate with a balance not less than 5000 lire.
