Visa Requirement for Hong Kong - Shen Zhen - Guang Zhou

I am Indonesian. I read online that entry from Hong Kong to Shen Zhen can use the SEZ 5 days VOA. This should be a sure fact, no debates about this.

How about the travel from Shen Zhen to Guang Zhou? If say I take a high-speed train from Shen Zhen to Guang Zhou, can this same SEZ VOA be used? Or do I have to apply for a full Chinese Tourist entry permit beforehand?

I was informed that as long as you return to Hong Kong via Shen Zhen, then it is not a problem. Can you point me in the right direction? Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
