This area has a long winter that lasts around 6 months. According to the previous records, the first snow will appear at the beginning of November and the last snow will come at the beginning of April.
Especially for December to Feburary every year, this time often has heavy snows. So this period can be regarded as the best time to see the snowing view. :-)2
