About:Luoyang Transportation

Would like to know which is the nearest train station from Shaolin Temple ?

Or to say is which is the best option to travel to Xian after visited Shaolin Temple ? Thanks

Oh, LY Railway Station is the nearest to the temple. There are direct long-distance buses running from the temple area to the station. The train in this station can take you to Xian Railway Station directly. But it takes about 5.5 hrs on the way.

Another way is upong arriving at Luoyang railway station, change to city bus 77 to Longmen railway station.The bullet train there can take you to Xian north railway station in 1.5 hrs.

Thanks Fred! Thanks for the information. Will take note on your advice. By the way, is the distance between LY railway & Longmen railway far? Can reach in less than 30 minutes or more? Thanks in advance.
