About:Chinese Embassy in Afghanistan

REQUEST

Dear sir
hope you be happy, respectfully it is stated that one friend of mine from Afghanistan is coming to China for study, he has been issued a jw2 letter from ministry of education of Government of China. His all documents and x visa letter were presented before the embassy in kabul but your office refuses and says he should contact with that institute where he wishes to study as mentioned in the letter, if the college send him email information about this x type again then they will issue him it. so he contacted me here. I am also medical student, but there are nowadays winter vacation, so he cannot communicate with the college, but he has the jw2 x type letter already from his admitting institute by ministry of education of China. Please sir if possible you help him ,and why the embassy is not willing to issue him the X type.he has very short time to come to China because the letter is to be expired very soon.

Does he hold the original and photocopy of the school's admission letter? Who sent him the JW202 form?

yes mam...he had, has everything, I also confirm from the contactor that email letter also has been sent before some days to your office in Kabul embassy of China.

yes, today he had again gone to embassy but the official again told him that they have gotten information,but we do not know what is the matter again why they refused and told him (Muhammad Ajmal) that the college should email them the jw202 but this candidate already has the solid jw202 form in his hands. please tomorrow make sure and help him to get visa otherwise his letter will be devalued. it is humbly requested please may kindly help this innocent student,he has everything about the admission. I hope tomorrow this innocent candidate will not be deprived.

Sorry to hear that, but I think the embassy may suspect the authenticity of your JW202 form. The only way for you is to try to get contact with your school and ask it to explain the situation to the embassy. Even though it's winter vacation now, maybe there is someone who are on duty. Good Luck!
