VISAS FOR CHILDREN

MY WIFE IS A CHINESE CITIZEN, SHE WANTS TO VISIT HER FAMILY IN CHINA WITH OUR 2 CHILDREN WHO ARE AMERICAN CITIZENS. AGES....4YRS AND 1YEAR OLDS.

WHAT KIND OF ENTRY PERMITS DO THE CHILDREN NEED?

DO THEY NEED AN INVITATION FROM CHINA?

How long will they stay? If the stay is not too long, you can just apply for the L type for all of them. If they are to stay with your wife's families, they need to present the invitation letter.
